Greetings and Peace

If you are looking for a church home, visiting the area or just needing a friend, we welcome you to drop in for a visit. Here at Butner Presbyterian Church, you will find a friendly and casual church family, full of God's love, and actively helping others in need though the ministries of the church.  We would really like to meet you in person, but if you prefer, you may contact us via this web site or by phone.

We invite you to come for worship or for any of the church activities. Please check our church calendar for upcoming events. There are friendships to be made, rejoicing to do, justice and kindness for which to strive.

We are the only Presbyterian church in southern Granville County.  We invite your participation in the life and ministry of our church and we pray that your life will be blessed.  Come and see what we are doing to glorify God.

BPC sponsors a Girl Scout Troop - Beginning in October the Gil Scouts will meet at BPC the first and third Friday of each month.
Since our decision to support Marion Medical Mission in their efforts to provide shallow wells in Africa for poor villages of people who have no access to safe drinking water, we have raised enough money so far for two wells.  One has already been completed on September 23rd, 2001 in the village of Wombolani, Malawi and serves 120 people.  The funds for the 2nd well will be sent to MMM in the near future.  Plans are to continue to raise money for this wonderful and life-saving mission.
